We will design a tailor-made solution for each customer. If the
original remote control is available, we have it in stock. If it is
no longer produced, we will create a duplicate of the original for
you. The result outcome is a satisfied customer with a remote
control that we know is high quality and will survive the device
itself.

How we work
We are a professional specialized store with many years of
almost lifelong experience. We've been creating remote controls
for more than 20 years, we dare to say that we know them the
best. At least the best of the whole Europe.We do not have to
say it ourselves, our results and happy customers speak for
itself. We have our own warehouse and stock of 500,000 drivers
that we daily send to the whole Czech Republic, Slovakia and
abroad (Great Britain, Germany, France, Poland, Sweden, Norway,
Denmark, USA, Canada, Australia, India and dozens of other
countries).
Personal approach
Don't know what remote control you need? We know it! It is clear
to us that in tens of thousands of remote controls most
customers get lost. We are always happy to help and advise via
online chat, email or by phone. If you order a wrong remote
control, we will definitely not let you live with it, but we
will solve your problem. To err is human and we are not
infallible either. With thousands of shipments monthly, a
mistake might happen. However, you do not have to be worried, we
will always correct the mistake at our expense. Our main the
goal is a satisfied customer with a fully functional remote
control. Special requirements are a challenge for us, we will
take care of you personally and we will always suggest the best
solution for you.
Pack and ship
In the warehouse, Robin and his team (Anna, Veronika, Matěj and
Adam) find and carefully pack thousands of consignments a month.
Each of them has been working here for a few years, so they have
developed a great harmony over the years of cooperation. If in
exceptional cases they make a mistake, please forgive them.
After all, the order you place must be found in store, packed
and prepared before the courier arrives Sometimes it's
stressful.
Professional customer support
Michal updates the offer on the website after thorough testing
of all functions of the new remotes. Daily we are adding new
types of remote controls made by Kateřina and Jakub to the
e-shop. In the online customer support chat, your questions will
be answered by Ondřej, Honza and Lukáš. They also help you when
you won't find your remote on our website. They are the ones who
will answer your e-mail questions. In short, they are our
fastest computers - they don't look for answers, they know
everything about remotes. Lukáš is our expert and specialist in
radio remote controls for gates and garage doors. If if you need
a new controller or even a receiver to control your gate,
contact Lukáš. He will provide you one, including all the
instructions for pairing or wiring if needed, he's the author of
these.
Complaints and after-sales service
If something happens not to work as it should, Ondřej will deal
with it in the complaints department or within after-sales
service. He can also help you by phone (mobile: +420 774 778
797, Mon-Fri, 8: 00-16: 30). If you find bad reviews from ours
on the internet customer, it's only because they did not contact
Ondřej. He is here to make sure all of our customers were
satisfied. He will help you if you can't find a function, it
will help you with return, exchange for a different type or
offer a different solution.
Ratings and reviews
Nowadays, writing reviews has become a national sport. Not just
our nation. Our goal is to have 100% satisfied customers and
therefore 100% positive reviews. We believe in such an
assessment we have. We lack 2-3% for this goal. Today, we have
98% of positive reviews on Heureka. It's weeping because we know
it's not really 2 % dissatisfied. Unfortunately, a dissatisfied
customer almost always writes a review, a satisfied customer
writes one not so often. Whenever you take a minute and write us
a nice review, we are very happy and thank you for recognition
that motivates us to perform even better. However, thank you for
all the negative reviews. It hurts a lot, but thanks to them we
know what to improve.
Own development
We don't just sell remote controls, we sell a solution Every day
in the world, new and new models of devices and new types of
remote controls are created, whose signals are decoded, analyzed
and programmed by Kateřina with Jakub using our own software and
hardware solution. After graduating from the Faculty of
Electrical Engineering at VŠB-TUO, Kateřina devoted herself to
her father's company. She created a know-how that makes life
easier for hundreds of thousands of users with the help of a
remote control. She proposed a solution own remote control with
its own registered trademark General. Jakub helps her with the
development of new driver models, protocols and codes. Together
they tirelessly invent news. For example, software and hardware
solutions for radio drivers for gates and doors (2018), controls
and display for air conditioners (2019), controls for blinds and
shutters (2020) or now door control via WIFI (new 2021).
Twenty years of experience
We have manually created a database of thousands of remote
control programs piece by piece and maintain them still updated.
So new and new remote models are added to our e-shop every day.
We currently have over 12,000 of them. We then program the data
from these remotes to the remotes of our own registered brand
General or Duremote (new in 2020). Are you surprised that cheap
universal drivers don't work? Now you know it's because they
have several years old software that may not work exactly as you
expected (missing features or are just wrong) and certainly does
not contain new types that have emerged in the last few years or
less common brands and models. We know this because our
customers are constantly asking us for help solving what's not
working on these cheap supermarket remotes.

Customized solutions
We do not sell universal programmable remote controls as
competitors. We for our customers we program our own remote
control with our own software, which we used to copy button by
button directly from the original remote and made its exact 1: 1
copy. Eva can then print the function names on your remote
control - we will print the button names exactly according to
the original one indelibly on a special printer, which is also
our know-how. In the end, we test each remote personally. This
is the only way to guarantee 100% functionality. And if the
remote happens not to be working as expected, we will always
solve the problem, for example it is not problem to move the
function to another position or add extra functions. Or print to
the remote, for example your company logo. You can continue to

In 1991, Ing. Jaromír Nárožný (Faculty of Electrical Engineering,
Brno University of Technology) established a trade and gave the
company name VAT Electronic. At that time he was only engaged in
repairing TV sets, DVDs, VCRs, audio and selling parts for
electronics repairs. "VAT" stands for Video, Audio, Televisions

Jarda Nárožný was also the head of Elektrotelevizní služby Ostrava at the beginning....he did a lot on his shoulders. Probably that's why he suffered a severe stroke in 2000 at the age of 50, therefore his company was taken over by his daughter Bc. Kateřina Nárožná (now Kulhánková).
At that time she was 20 years old and started studying electrical engineering at the University of ČVUT in Prague. Due to the necessity of taking over a company, she moved to Ostrava to VŠB-TUO, where as a working as a worker, she received an individual study plan. She was the only girl in her year at the telecommunications department. in the last 4 years.
One of the first things she did at the company was the first website for her father's company at the time. Around 2004, she found a big box full of older but functional remotes from unrepairable TVs that customers had left over the years over the years. She put the remotes on the company's website for a nominal price. It was a hodgepodge, each type had usually only one of each type. But when the tenth person contacted her about a controller. needed that particular model, but the one on display was already sold, she began to wonder how she could to help her.....and that's how dalkove-ovladace.cz came into being.
Although with the red Bc. Diploma and a thank you from the Dean for the best bachelor's thesis, for engineering studies there just wasn't time. In 2009 the company was transferred to VAT Electronic, s.r.o. The name of the company was kept in memory of Jarda Nárožzný, who is unfortunately no longer with us.
